一例一休的修法爭議不斷，朝野今天（8號）總算勉強達成共識。立法院朝野各黨團今天再度針對勞基法修正案召開協商，會後各黨團簽署協商結論，決定明天社會福利及衛生環境委員會將勘驗十月五號初審會議的錄音錄影，並在下週二舉辦公聽會。（戎華儀報導）
立法院朝野各黨團8號再度針對一例一休勞基法修正案召開協商，終於達成結論，同意在9號的委員會中勘驗10月5號法案完成初審的委員會會議錄音錄影。
立法院長蘇嘉全在院會中宣布協商結論：『朝野黨團經協商決定如下：一，各黨團同意，11月9日星期三，由黨團推派代表共同勘驗105年10月5日社會福利及衛生環境委員會第四次全體委員會議之錄影錄音。』
另一項協商結論，是各黨團同意11月15號針對勞基法修正案召開公聽會，不過召開的時程、方式等細節，將等勘驗完10月5號的初審會議錄音錄影後，再到召開朝野協商決定。
不過國民黨團書記長江啟臣表示，勘驗錄影錄音後，如果各黨對議事錄登載內容有意見該如何處理，目前各黨團還沒有共識，國民黨希望不實之處一定要修改。
